Tracking & measurement
Snapchat and TikTok pixel installation and conversion tracking
If the measurement is wrong, every decision after it is wrong — no matter how good the ad looks.
Snapchat's dashboard says 120 sales, your store says 40? One of them is lying, and you're setting budget off both. Correct Snapchat and TikTok pixel installation is the difference between a campaign that learns and one that spends blind. Almost every account that reaches us has at least one fault: a purchase event firing twice and inflating ROAS, a pixel not passing order value so every sale carries identical weight, or iOS restrictions having severed half the signal with no Conversions API in place. We install, verify and reconcile: Snap, TikTok, Meta and Google pixels, GA4 through Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking wherever the platform supports it.
Who it's for
Anyone spending on ads
From the first riyal. The algorithms learn from the data you send them — incomplete data means incomplete optimisation and a higher cost.
Stores whose numbers don't reconcile
Snapchat reports 50 orders, your store dashboard says 20. One of them is wrong — and usually both are.
Businesses that close by phone or WhatsApp
Your conversion doesn't happen on the site, so you need call tracking and custom events to know which ad produced the customer.
Anyone preparing to scale
Before you double the budget, make sure the measurement can carry it. Scaling on broken tracking multiplies the loss, not the return.

How we work
Analyse
We inspect every existing pixel event by event and reconcile platform numbers against actual sales to size the gap.
Strategise
We write a measurement plan: what counts as a conversion, which events take priority, and what value gets passed to each platform.
Launch
We implement through GTM, enable CAPI, and test every event in preview mode before publishing.
Optimise
A monthly review to confirm nothing broke after a store update or a platform change.

Electronics store — Dammam
- The challenge
- Spending across three platforms, with the combined sales claimed by those platforms adding up to 320% of actual revenue. There was no way to know which channel was genuinely profitable.
- What we did
- We rebuilt tracking from scratch through GTM with a shared event ID, added CAPI on all three platforms, and built a Looker Studio attribution view treating store data as the source of truth.
- The result
- Platform-to-actual variance dropped to 11%. They moved 40% of budget off a losing channel onto a winning one, and blended ROAS rose 64% on identical spend.
- 11%Variance, down from 320%
- +64%ROAS on identical spend
